                               RESOLUTION NO. 20119
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN 
                   HENSLEY, INC. FOR SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE 
                   REMOVAL OF AN UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK, MORE 
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, FOR AN AMOUNT 
                   NOT TO EXCEED SEVEN THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED 
                   DOLLARS ($7,700.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       contract with Piedmont Olsen Hensley, Inc. for removal of an 
       underground storage tank, conducting soil samples after the tank 
       is removed, and performing a phase I environmental review, for an 
       amount not to exceed $7,700.00.
